Buying a car from PDM
Simeons has a wide variety of Cars, Bikes and Vans. These all have different prices ranging from $2000 to $1,000,000.
Go inside the dealership and head over to the wooden door, Here you can go through all the categories

Buying a car from another player:
First step is agree with the person the price you want to pay for the car.
They will select the car that you agreed on and sell it to you for 'x' amount.
You will see a message pop up at the bottom of your screen
You will then be given an item "vehicle keys" and you will own the vehicle
You can then head to any garage and take out the vehicle
Selling a car to another player:
Find the car you want to sell
First step is to enter their ID in the garage menu
Next make sure you have had them pay before fullying transfering the vehicle
Once you have done all of this you can then hit transfer vehicle
Storing a vehicle prevents it from being lockpicked and allows you to pull it out from another garage:
1. Locate a garage on your map, these are indicated by a icon.
2. Set a waypoint and drive towards the closest garage.
3. Upon arriving, a green car marker will indicate the location of the garage.
4. Drive into the zone and Press E will appear. Select the Store Vehicle option.
