Once you find the job center there are 3 categories

if you click on available jobs. there will be 11 total Jobs. Some will need to be coop to complete. It also shows you how many people are currently working each job. you can work with 3 other people for co op jobs (4 Total).

If you click on City Business you will see every business in city.

If you click on chat you will be able to find people who want to find people to work with. You should leave your name and phone number so people know how to contact you for future work.

Co op Jobs pay will be shared between how ever many people participated in completing the job. The Host of the Job will be able to change the pay % at the start.
